All measuring equipment is on a calibration schedule with certificates on file. Calibration status is checked before a first-article inspection is signed. More on the quality system.
The facility
5,000 sq ft in Hyderabad, inside the city's aerospace cluster. Laid out so that raw material, machining, inspection and dispatch each have their own defined area — parts do not get mixed up because there was nowhere to put them.
A separate temperature-settled measuring area holds the CMM, and finished work is preserved and packed away from the machining floor.
