Every characteristic on the drawing measured against its tolerance and reported as nominal, actual, deviation and pass/fail. Ballooned drawing supplied on request so the report reads straight against the print.

True position, profile of a surface, flatness, perpendicularity, concentricity and runout evaluated per ASME Y14.5 / ISO 1101 with the datum scheme from your drawing — not an approximation with a height gauge.
AS9102 first article inspection
Forms 1, 2 and 3 with CMM data behind every dimensional characteristic. Accepted by aerospace and defence customers as part of PPAP or FAI submissions.
Batch and sampling inspection
Programmed once, run on every part or on an AQL sample. Useful for repeat batches where your customer wants per-piece traceable data rather than a single sample report.
Reverse engineering and CAD compare
Point capture of a physical sample and comparison against a STEP model, or a measured drawing for parts with no documentation. Ideal for legacy spares and obsolete components.
Surface finish and video measurement
Ra, Rz and profile parameters on a Zeiss Handysurf+ with diamond stylus, and Optomech VMM 2515 video measuring for small, thin or delicate features a probe cannot touch.

How it works

- We confirm the characteristics to be measured, the price and the slot — usually within a few hours.
- Deliver the parts to the facility, or we arrange collection within Hyderabad.
- Parts are stabilised in the measuring room, programmed and measured.
- You receive the signed report by email; parts are returned or collected.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer CMM inspection for parts you did not manufacture?
Yes. Third-party CMM inspection is a standalone service. Send the drawing and the parts, and you receive a signed dimensional report against the drawing tolerances. Your parts and drawings stay confidential and are covered by NDA on request.
What is the maximum part size you can measure?
The Zeiss Spectrum Verity measuring volume is 900 × 1200 × 600 mm. Larger components can often be measured in sections with a common datum; send the drawing and we will confirm.
How quickly can I get a CMM report in Hyderabad?
For parts with an existing program, same day or next working day. New parts need programming from the drawing or CAD model, typically one to two working days depending on the number of characteristics. Urgent slots are available — call us.
Can you provide AS9102 first article inspection reports?
Yes. We prepare AS9102 Forms 1, 2 and 3 with a ballooned drawing, using CMM data for every dimensional characteristic, in the format aerospace and defence customers expect.
Is the CMM calibrated?
Yes. The CMM and all supporting instruments are on a calibration schedule traceable to national standards. Calibration certificates are available on request and can be attached to your report.
