A new shop, run by people who have done this before
Akarshya Aerospace Private Limited was established in May 2026. We would rather tell you exactly where we are than dress it up as twenty years of history.
We run from a 5,000 sq ft facility in Hyderabad, inside the city's aerospace cluster — close to the OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers we build for, and to the tooling, treatment and testing vendors the work depends on.
We are deliberately small right now. Three machines, a Zeiss CMM, and a team that has spent years on aerospace and defence programmes before starting this. That means short decision chains, direct access to the people actually cutting your part, and no queue behind a hundred other jobs.
What we are doing with that: adding a 5-axis machining centre and two more turning centres before the year is out. The plan is on this page with dates against it, so you can hold us to it.
What we are trying to be good at
- Answering fast. A quotation inside 24 hours, and a straight answer if the part is not for us.
- Measuring everything. A part that was never measured is a part nobody can vouch for.
- Saying what is true. The customer names below are our team's experience, not our order book.
- Being reachable. You get the people who cut the part, not an account manager.
- Programme experience across Tata Advanced Systems work
- Bharat Forge / Kalyani group components
- Hindustan Aeronautics Limited parts
- Azad Engineering precision components
- BHEL power equipment machining
These are programmes members of our team have worked on in previous roles. Akarshya Aerospace is a new company and lists them as experience, not as its own customer base.
Vision and mission
What we are building, and how we intend to earn it.
To shape a safer, more efficient world of Aerospace and Industrial engineering through flawless manufacturing execution.
To build long-term, trusted alliances with aerospace and industrial leaders by consistently supplying precision-machined components that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
Where we are, and where we said we would be
Dates against commitments. Come back and check them.

Why a customer picks a shop this size
Your job is not number ninety
A small book of work means a prototype does not wait behind somebody else's production run. When we commit to a date, there is room in the schedule to hold it.
You talk to the engineer
The person reading your drawing is the person who will programme it and answer the phone when something needs a decision. Nothing gets lost being relayed.
Everything is written down
Route cards, control plans, calibration records and inspection results exist from the first job, because starting that discipline later never actually happens.
Send the drawing. Get a price in 24 hours.
Tell us the material, the quantity, the tightest tolerance on the print and which inspection documents you need. We come back inside one working day with feasibility, price and a date.
