Build the shop, not just the parts

We are early. The people joining now shape how this place works, which machines we buy next and what standard we hold ourselves to.

You will see the whole part

Not one operation on one machine for a year. Drawing, setup, cut, measure, ship — you will understand where your work goes and why the tolerance is what it is.

Aerospace discipline from day one

Route cards, control plans, calibration and traceability. Habits that make you employable anywhere, learned properly rather than picked up badly.

Growing capability

Three machines today, six by December 2026, including 5-axis. If you want to learn a machine from commissioning onwards, that opportunity exists here now and will not later.

Open roles

All roles are on-site in Hyderabad. If none of these is quite you but you can do this work, write to us anyway — we read everything that comes in.

CNC Machinist / Setter — VMC

Full timeHyderabad3–8 years

Setting and operating LMW J2 vertical machining centres with 4th axis on aerospace and defence components. You will be reading the drawing yourself, setting the job, proving the first-off and signing what you make.

CNC Turner / Setter

Full timeHyderabad3–8 years

Turning close-tolerance shafts, bushes and flanges in titanium, Inconel and PH stainless on CNC turning centres. Concentricity and finish matter more here than cycle time.

CNC Programmer — CAM

Full timeHyderabad4–10 years

Programming milled and turned parts from customer CAD, designing workholding, and proving toolpaths in simulation before they reach metal. 5-axis experience is a strong plus with the Hurco arriving in December 2026.

Quality Engineer — CMM

Full timeHyderabad3–7 years

Running the Zeiss Spectrum Verity, writing inspection programmes, producing dimensional reports and AS9102 first-article packs, and keeping calibration and traceability records straight.

Production Planner

Full timeHyderabad3–6 years

Owning the machine schedule, material ordering and delivery commitments — the person who makes our 24-hour quotation promise survive contact with reality.

Graduate Trainee — Manufacturing

Full timeHyderabad0–2 years

For a diploma or degree holder in mechanical engineering who wants to learn machining properly, on aerospace work, in a shop small enough that you see the whole route.

How to apply

Email your CV to info@akarshyaaero.co.in with the role in the subject line. Tell us, in a few lines:

  • Which machines and controls you have actually run
  • The tightest tolerance you have held, and on what material
  • A part you were proud of, and one that went wrong and what you learned
  • When you could start, and your current and expected package

We reply to every application, including the ones we cannot take forward.

What the process looks like

  • Week 1 — we read your CV and come back either way
  • Week 1–2 — a phone conversation about the work you have done
  • Week 2 — come to the shop; for machining roles there is a practical assessment on a real setup
  • Week 2–3 — offer, with the package written down

No unpaid trials, and no assessment that quietly produces saleable parts. If you spend a day here on a practical, it is a practical.
