Machined to the drawing. Measured before it leaves.
We cut close-tolerance components in titanium, Inconel, stainless and aluminium for aerospace, defence and industrial programmes — from a 5,000 sq ft shop in Hyderabad, with every part inspected on a Zeiss CMM before dispatch.
What we cut
Three lines of work, run off the same drawings, the same process sheets and the same inspection routine.
Critical milled parts
Prismatic and contoured components on 3- and 4-axis vertical machining centres, with fixtures built in-house.
- Housings, brackets, manifolds
- Contoured and pocketed profiles
- 800 × 500 × 500 mm envelope
Turned critical parts
Shafts, bushes, flanges and spacers held to close diametral and concentricity limits on CNC turning centres.
- Shafts, sleeves, spacers
- Threaded and grooved features
- Ø300 × 500 mm capacity
Fixtures and functional gauges
Workholding, checking fixtures and functional gauges — designed, machined and proved against the master drawing.
- Machining and welding fixtures
- Go / no-go and functional gauges
- Gauge correlation on CMM
Vision and mission
What we are building, and how we intend to earn it.
To shape a safer, more efficient world of Aerospace and Industrial engineering through flawless manufacturing execution.
To build long-term, trusted alliances with aerospace and industrial leaders by consistently supplying precision-machined components that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
Send the drawing. Get a price in 24 hours.
Tell us the material, the quantity, the tightest tolerance on the print and which inspection documents you need. We come back inside one working day with feasibility, price and a date.
Who the parts are for
The same tolerance discipline, applied across sectors that cannot accept a part that was never measured.
Aerospace
Airframe brackets, engine hardware, bushes and manifolds in titanium and nickel alloys.
Defence & ordnance
Precision housings, breech components, sighting hardware and inspection gauges.
Energy & power
Turbine hardware, valve internals, seal rings and instrumentation bodies.
Industrial
Process equipment parts, pump and compressor components, tooling and gauges.
From your drawing to a measured part
Eight steps, every one of them written down. Nothing is left to the memory of whoever happens to be on shift.
01 Enquiry
Drawing or STEP file in, NDA signed if you need one.
02 Quote in 24 h
Feasibility, DFM notes, price and a delivery date.
03 Make
Programming, fixturing, machining, in-process checks.
04 Prove & ship
CMM report, documentation pack, preserved and packed.
Grades we run every week
Process parameters already proved on these. If your grade is not listed, send the spec — most of these families extend further than the list.
Titanium
Nickel alloy
Steel and stainless
Aluminium
How we prove the part
Nothing ships on a feeling. Dimensions come off the CMM, surface finish off a calibrated profilometer, and both go out with the part.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system certified.
AS9100D
Aerospace quality management system certified — process sheets, control plans, configuration control and part traceability in place and audited.
Traceability
Material test certificates, batch identity and inspection records held against every job number.

What is on the floor today
Work envelopes drawn to one shared scale, so you can check your part against them at a glance.
A new shop, run by people who have done this before
Akarshya Aerospace was set up in May 2026 and runs from a 5,000 sq ft facility in Hyderabad, inside the city's aerospace cluster — close to the OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers we build for, and to the tooling, treatment and testing vendors the work depends on.
We are deliberately small right now. Three machines, a Zeiss CMM, and a team that has spent years on aerospace and defence programmes before starting this. That means short decision chains, direct access to the people actually cutting your part, and no queue behind a hundred other jobs.
- Programme experience across Tata Advanced Systems work
- Bharat Forge / Kalyani group components
- Hindustan Aeronautics Limited parts
- Azad Engineering precision components
- BHEL power equipment machining
These are programmes members of our team have worked on in previous roles. Akarshya Aerospace is a new company and lists them as experience, not as its own customer base.
